Since 1990, Charles Roskovensky has performed over 10,000 inspections, Housebusters Inspection Services chief inspector has dedicated his career as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors to provide clients with valuable information about their new home. We thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown defects, environmental issues, safety concerns and advise you about future maintenance about your home. For 20 years, our reports are one of the most comprehensive Detailed Narrative Reports created in the real estate and environmental industries.
Housebusters Home & Environmental Inspection Service will provide to you the information that will assist you to make an informed decision about the overall condition of the house. We adhere to the National “Standards of Practice” & “Code of Ethics” created by (ASHI), and also the guidelines established by the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors, (WVAHI).
Environmental Inspections are performed to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards and Environmental Solutions Association (ESA) and the environmental laboratory tests are performed by the accredited laboratory EMLab P&K (MoldReport) .
