Bio

Rick Carlberg ACI, IBR is a State Licensed, ASHI Certified full time Home Inspector. He is a member of ASHI National and the ASHI Great Lakes Chapter. Rick earned his Inspector by Review designation in 2015 through the ASHI Peer Review program. He has inspected over 5,000 homes since he started in 1999. His large coverage area allows him to see properties of various ages and styles. Prior to beginning his inspection career, Rick owned a residential remodeling company where he was directly responsible for projects start to finish . His remodeling experience covered a broad spectrum of building systems and components. As an inspector, Rick is always improving his skills and knowledge through continuing education. His inspections meet or exceed industry Standards. Rick is also a State Licensed Radon Technician.
